Fault in Our Stars

The Fault in Our Stars taught me many life lessons. I learned not to take life for granted, to value what others have to say, and always express yourself. To live every day like it is your last is a wonderful trait that I acquired through reading The Fault in Our Stars. It teaches you how to relate with every day situations in a way that no other book has taught me. It relates to my situation in the sense of being in love. Young love is a beautiful thing but it never lasts in neither The Fault in Our Stars nor my situation. In most teenagers "love story" it does not involve a "sick" part to it. In Hazel Grace and Augustus Water situations its not the fighting that are the hard parts of the relationship but more of the fact that augustus never really knows if she will awaken in the morning. It is a very suspenseful story involving the relationship of the two teenagers, which kept me on my toes and loving every second of it. I loved the book and would suggest the read to any one.

Divergent II

Some stories make me sad and others make me mad, as if i want to jump in and change something that did not go my way. Divergent made me want more, it made me want the story to never end. Divergent is part of a series so there will be more books after this one, but  this part of the series just really draws my attention much more than I had expected. the thrill it gave me and my little sister was awesome and i will keep looking for that same thrill in any book i read but i just don't know if i will find it. I think for one thing the way the author created action on every page really brings out the best in peoples emotions especially mine. I also loved the way she put so many genres into one series and makes it a book for all ages and all mindsets. It was one of those stories that will make you cry when it is over, which is why the fact that it is part of a series is that much better! well quick, start reading!

Divergent

The book divergent was an interesting choice that I pulled off of the shelf. I never imagined myself reading a book with such irony. The action that happens though out the four hundred pages will keep you wide-awake and enjoying every word, every second or every minute you spend with the book open. It has a wonderful romantic edge to it as well. With Tris and Four sharing the same qualities and draws them in towards each other, creating a type of bond that many humans can not make with one another.  The romance keeps a juvenile side to the book which will attract all kinds of ages. I learned a majority of lessons through this book and would suggest it to whom would be interested in a thriller, romance, and action book. I leaned to chase after who you are and protect who you are until the day you die because sometimes you will die unwillingly and before you hope to. Never take any one for granted, for their knowledge might be wiser than yours. Keep your heart open to those who are willing to love you for who you are. Tris and Four opened themselves up to the world of harmful actions and through that they became happier than the rest of the world.

The Boy in the striped pajamas

In the novel, many things happen that opened my eyes to the world as it was before I was here. There was so much cruelty shown to humans by other humans, even more than we have today. The focus on the Concentration camps during World Was II was to teach the jews who was in charge and who hey were to work for and listen to. In this story it focused on the life of a family living during World Was II near a camp. This story was not an easy one to read. It was extremely heart breaking and i found myself crying more times than i can even remember. I would suggest people to read this that can tolerate such sad news as well as hurtful actions done by humans to other humans. It teaches a lesson of what went on then and also puts it in prospective of a little boy who knew nothing that the German's were doing, which makes it even more heart breaking to see such an innocent little boy so hurt, confused and clueless. It was a good read i just found myself putting the book down many times due to what was being said and how it made me feel.

Crouching tiger

#2
Li Mu Bai has such a strong desire to teach jen is for many reasons. Jen displays such a strong will to fight and to conquer success as well as the world. Jen expresses herself in such an appealing way in the fighting world to Li Mu Bai that he wishes to take her under his wing to show her the ways of a great fighter. Although Jen wishes to be the greatest fighter of all time, she doesn't trust him enough to accept his loyalty as her teacher/trainer. She goes through battles in which Li Mu Bai defeats jen and jen admires the qualities as a fighter in which he displays. Li Mu Bai sees jen as having much potential and would like to work with that potential if she would allow him to do so. Li Mu Bai does not want jen using her skills and special powers in negative ways, he wants to save her before she does something that she will regret. Her powers are so strong she could hurt people and be satisfied with it, he wants to change her mind set as well.
